Learn to Forgive Men their Sins

Do you hold grudges?

When someone offends or wrongs you, do you hold it against them, or do you forgive them?

In the Lord’s prayer, we ask God to forgive us as we forgive others. In Matthew 6:14 -15 it says: “For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your father will not forgive your sins.”

In other words, we must be forgiving to receive forgiveness. I encourage you to let go of the bitterness of unforgiveness so that you can receive the joy of being forgiven.
